Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions

Damaged Product on Arrival:

If the customer receives a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Advance Payment but No Delivery:

If the customer has paid in advance but the product is not delivered to them within the expected delivery window.

Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original, unused condition — with no signs of damage, color fading, or wear.

Customers are required to provide clear proof (photo or video) showing the item is in its original condition.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and supporting proof (images/videos).
  3. Once verified, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: No refunds will be processed for used, damaged, or altered items.
